Emily Dunham

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Emily's passion has always been health and fitness. She specializes in strength and conditioning for high school and college level athletes. Growing up, Emily was an all-around athlete, participating in Tennis, Ice Hockey, Soccer, Swimming, and Running. Emily's desire is to bring people past their perceived abilities and expectations by showing them how to get healthy and strong the right way. Emily's goal is to optimize variety and technique to make workouts fun and challenging for all clients.

While studying Sports Management at Endicott College, Emily worked at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning where she learned proper technique, coaching styles, and most importantly became a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). If you are looking for a fun and results driven trainer, Emily is now accepting clients!
