Kristen LambKristen Lamb is a BPC Level 1 coach whose devotion to sports and fitness began at a young age. Developing a passion for soccer and ice hockey early on, she became a multi-sport collegiate athlete at St. Lawrence University. As an adult, she shifted her athletic focus to endurance racing, particularly in the sport of Triathlon.

As part of Team USA she traveled to Auckland, New Zealand, and London to compete at the Olympic distance against the best amateur triathletes in the world. Kristen received Honorable Mention recognition from USA Triathlon for the 2010 season and All American for 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
