What Is Performance Cycling with Breakthrough Performance Coaching?

Performance Cycling is a cutting edge multi-week training program led by certified and experienced cycling coaches.

In Performance Cycling you use your own bike, hooked up to state-of-the-art Computrainer technology, to perform specifically designed workouts that increase your speed, strength, and power on the bike.

Outside of each training session, you’ll receive weekly emails with your results, progress, and additional workout homework.

We also offer specialty events like endurance and hill climbing clinics and time trials during the training season.

2017 Winter Session (twelve weeks)

We offer four sessions that meet weekly on the following days and times. Our first session is Monday, January 9th.

  • Monday, 8:30 AM

  • Tuesday, 5:30 AM

  • Tuesday, 9:00 AM

  • Wednesday, 6:30 PM
